The English Language Program specializes in preparing students who want to fulfil their academic goals at university or college. We offer full-time intensive programs and part-time courses to students who need to develop their academic English skills. Our courses will help you prepare for academic success.

Academic English

Our Academic English course can help you meet the English language-facility requirements for the University of Toronto and other universities and colleges. This course is available to students at all language levels.

Academic Skills for University and College Success

The Academic Skills for University and College Success course is designed for students who have already met the English language-facility requirement for their intended university or college. It will provide you with greater confidence and will enhance your language skills so you can succeed in your chosen field of study.

Part-time Courses – offered during evenings

Our part-time courses specialize in English for academic purposes and focus on the key aspects of academic writing and speaking.

University Application Program

• The University Application Program is a free service offered to all English Language Program students. Our staff can provide advice and support to you in making applications to universities and colleges in Canada.
